To secure your order and avoid joy reservers, a non-refundable and non-transferable reservation fee of $5 CAD per cake is required. This fee will be deducted from the total amount (after tax) on your final invoice.Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order after it has been reserved; however, please note that this may limit your ability to place future orders. The reservation fee will remain non-refundable and non-transferable.Rebooking/Rescheduling:
Rebooking or rescheduling requests must be made at least 10 days prior to the original reserved date. If the new pickup or meetup date is unavailable, the original reserved date will be retained. Please note that slots can only be rebooked within the same month.Refund Policy:
As all cakes are pre-ordered, Whipped does not offer refunds, including for the non-refundable reservation fee. The transferability of the reservation fee is at Whipped’s discretion.Thank you for your understanding and support!

Payment instructions will be provided in the final invoice.Detailed pickup address and meetup instructions will be shared once full payment has been received.Please note that if the final invoice has already been paid, cancellations or refunds for your order will not be permitted.Failure to pay the final invoice by the due date will result in order cancellation. Whipped does not provide drafts of cake designs. Instead, we focus on bringing our customers’ ideas to life. For reference, please see our Cake Design TemplateWhipped does not offer photos of the cake design process. A photo of the completed cake will be sent to the customer prior to pickup or meetup.Once the order is confirmed and fully paid, design changes will not be permitted to prevent mistakes or misunderstandings during the cake design process.The default cake base is white, unless otherwise specified by the customer in the details section of the order form.Designs are limited to our meringue-based buttercream, and cake toppers are subject to availability.All Whipped cakes are unique and may not replicate the requested design and/or colour exactly. However, Whipped is committed to achieving the best possible outcome.

Our cakes may contain dairy, eggs, and gluten; however, all our ingredients are halal. Currently, we do not offer gluten-free or vegan options.Please note that our carrot walnut cake and walnut frosting contain nuts. While all other cakes do not include nuts, our kitchen is not nut-free, and cross-contact with common allergens, such as nuts and tree nuts, may occur.Whipped.ca Inc. does not assume liability for any adverse reactions to food consumed or items encountered while enjoying our products.
